1. Your Right to Cancel (Statutory Right)

As a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your goods, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You do not need to give a reason for cancellation.

2. Our Extended Return Window

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended return period of 30 days from the date of delivery. You may return any unused, unopened product within this period for a full refund of the purchase price, even if you simply change your mind.

To qualify for the extended return window:

  • The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your order confirmation.
  • You must contact us before returning the product so we can provide return instructions.

3. Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or does not match the description on the Website, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including any return postage.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described.

4. How to Return a Product

  1. Contact us by email or phone to notify us of your intention to return.
  2. We will provide you with a returns address and any relevant instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or inserts.
  4. Send the package to us using a tracked postal service. We recommend retaining proof of postage.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund.

Unless the product is faulty or damaged, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned product, or within 14 days of you providing evidence of return, whichever is earlier.

If you are exercising your statutory right to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will also refund any standard delivery charges paid. We will not refund any premium or express delivery costs.

Partial refunds may apply if products are returned in a condition that indicates they have been used, opened or damaged by the customer.

6. Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened, partially consumed or whose tamper-evident seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
